The Q+ Mentorship Program is designed to offer support and guidance to students by pairing them with experienced industry professionals. In the 2023-24 academic year, we successfully matched over 50 mentees with mentors from leading organizations, including the Royal Bank of Canada, Toronto - Dominion Bank, and Facebook. Through this program, students receive personalized support in areas such as networking, navigating the coming-out process in the workplace, and gaining insights into industries of their interest.
