Our Initiatives
Q+ Summit
The Q+ Summit is our annual conference held in Toronto, providing a platform for students to network with working professionals in the community and connect with other LGBTQ2S+ peers. This event fosters meaningful conversations, builds connections, and supports the development of future leaders in an inclusive and welcoming environment.
Mentorship Program
The mentorship program provides LGBTQ2S+ students with the unique opportunity to connect with a like-minded professional that shares the same interests and career objectives. Students can look forward to a carefully planned framework that facilitates monthly meetings, progress check-in’s alongside personal and professional development.
Community Building
Q+ provides numerous opportunities for students to leverage LGBTQ2S+ and ally connections through socials, events and firm networking sessions. Notably, Q+ has facilitated speaker panels and partnerships, fireside chats, movie screenings and numerous games night socials.
